Nigeria: import and storage of liquids

In order to mediate to the congestion of the port of Lagos and to improve the import of bulk liquid petroleum products in the country, Rent-A-Port was requested to work out a new unloading installation offshore the coast of Ondo State in Nigeria. The installation would be connected to new storage facilities foreseen in the OK Free Trade Zone.

Rent-A-Port was responsible as technical partner to the client for the full project management, ranging from market and demand analysis, feasibility study and business plan, masterplanning and concept design of the facilities, supervision of ESIA and local permits, development of tender documents for EPC and operations, tender process management and contract negotiations.
